Our staff are the key to the success of providing excellent quality and nurturing care for the children. We select our staff by qualification and aptitude for the job. We expect all our staff to hold a childcare qualification equivalent to NVQ level 2, senior staff and deputy manger to NVQ level 3 and manager to NVQ level 4.

Our recruitment process is as follows:

  • Invitation for interview.
  • Invitation for second interview if appropriate.
