Our staff are the key to the success of providing excellent quality and nurturing care for the children. We select our staff by qualification and aptitude for the job. We expect all our staff to hold a childcare qualification equivalent to NVQ level 2, senior staff and deputy manger to NVQ level 3 and manager to NVQ level 4.
If you are interested in working for Company Kids. We seek people who have lots of energy, enthusiasm, adaptability, tolerance and patience, a good imagination, a sense of fun and above all a real belief and love for the children.
Our recruitment process is as follows:
- Completion of an application form. You can complete this online or request a form from our Human Resources Department on 020 8809 1295.
- Invitation for interview.
- Invitation for second interview if appropriate.
