Requirements
We work in collaboration with a business and to fit a workplace nursery we require the following:
- Minimum space of 130 square metres.
- Costs met for alterations to space (these costs are free from income tax and national insurance contributions).
- Space requires access to utility services.
- Secure entrance / accessible fire exits.
- If possible, a provision for an outside play area / if not, accessible local amenities.
- D1 friendly planning land use.
